Known as Snakehead Murrel or Chevron Snakehead and also simply most commonly referred to as Mudfish. The spices added to it lend it a bit spicier. However you can use it accordingly keeping in mind your families preferences. As Winters are in, so is the Seafood in my home. We all love it very much and it's a perfect way to enjoy your meals with your loved ones in Winters. This delicious Fish makes it even more delectable. This particular Fish is an excellent one with awesome flavour and lots of flesh with fewer bones. Wash and clean the Fish thoroughly. Marinate with all the ingredients mentioned. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

If using the next day, keep in a refrigerator. Or if using later as needed, place it in a freezer well covered preferably in an airtight container. Thaw and use as desired later on whenever you want.

Next day, deep fry them in hot Oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and done. Serve it with a garnish of Coriander Leaves. Enjoy with a steaming plate of Plain Rice and Hyderabadi Khatti Daal. A perfect meal for Winters. Yum!
