Mutton Mince Patties

#cookpadindia
Everybody loves eating Puff pastries and there's no doubt about it. Once in a while, this snack can be enjoyed. These Puffs are made with Mutton Mince and few of our Indian spices. And baked to perfection at home. And they are just like those of Bakery bought one's. Crisp and absolutely delicious. The best part is that these are made at home with lots of love. They are hygienic too. I have already made them with Chicken Mince as a variation and the recipe is here on my profile. Not only that I have also made them with Boneless Chicken cubes for a lovely change. There are endless ideas for making them. Both Veg and Non-Veg can be made easily without any hassles. Happy Baking with Zee!

Steps
- 1
In a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated Oil, saute Onions with chopped Garlic. After sauteeing for about 2 minutes, add Mutton mince.
- 2
Let the mince cook for about 5 minutes or so before adding all of your masalas. Saute them all until the raw smell fades away. Add Salt to taste. Do not add more Oil as it might leak. Also the Puff pastry sheets are already loaded with much fat. So remember to use just a tablespoon of Oil for the filling.
- 3
Before filling up the Puff Pastries, preheat oven on 180° and set the timer to about 45 minutes.
- 4
Take each Puff pastry and put about a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Carefully, bring the two ends of the sheet together and pinch it down firmly. Remember it's essential to place the Pastry sheet diagonally so that after done with the filling and then securing it, it looks like a triangle. However you can make them in any shape of your choice like square or round. It's upto you.
- 5
As a final step, brush egg wash over the Puff pastries. Bake for about 30-35 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy them right away. Yum!
