In a bowl beat sugar with blue band and then add 1 egg and mix well.

2. In another bowl, mix flour with salt mix well then add 1 1/2 cup of milk and mix well.

Mix the contents of bowl 1 & 2 well.

4. Grease your frying pan with blue band and pour the flour mixture into the pan little by little. Once you see bubbles turn the other side..until all the pancakes are ready
