  • 1/4 cupmethi dana(fenugreek seeds)
  • 1/2 cupfennel seeds
  • 1/2 cupamchur (dry mango) powder
  • 250 gmjaggery
  • 200 gmgreen chilli
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsphaldi(turmeric) powder

  1. 1

    Soak methi dana at least for three days

    Drain out water,heat heavy beaten kadai,add oil salt, haldi powder and methi dana, cook 2,3min

  3. 3

    Add chopped green chilli,fennel seed, crushed gud and amture powder

    Add water as required. Cook till all things well cooked.
