Steps

Make Orange juice from 3 oranges.

Mix it with sugar & heat it, when it boils, then add honey. Stir it till it becomes syrup consistency.

Remove from heat. Cool it.

Soak gelatin in ice water for 5 min. Heat milk, add sugar, stir it well till the sugar dissolves, then add soaked gelatin. Mix it well. Remove from heat. Add vanila essance & mix it well.

Cool it at room temperature. Then add beaten cream & whip it 3 min(milk & cream mix). Transfer it into the pudding mould. Refrigerate it 15 min.

When it sets half, pour the syrup on it. Keep it in the refrigerator to set 15 min.
