Put water in your pot and place on fire. Wash beans with warm water and pour into the pot of water on fire. Slice in a big ball of onions and cover to cook. Check after 30mins, add little salt to taste and ensure that the water in the beans is enough to cook it soft. When it's soft, put it down.

Put water on fire, wash your rice with warm water and pour into the water on fire.

When it starts to boil, wash the rice and put it back on fire with water. Add little salt and allow it to cook. When it's soft, cooked, put it down.

Put water on fire, when it's boiled, wash your fish and set aside.

Blend your tomatoes, tatashe, scotch bonnet, onions, garlicand ginger together.

Put your empty pot on fire and ensure its dried. Add little palm oil, add vegetable oil and allow it to get hot.

Pour in your blended tomatoes mixed into the hot oil. Add 3cubes of seasoning, salt to taste. Cut your locust beans into pieces or pound and pour it in.

Pour in your washed fish and stir. Don't cover it. Allow it to keep frying, stir after 5mins and continue stirring after few minutes to avoid it getting burnt until the oil start coming up.

Add little water, cover it to boil for 4mins.

Serve rice, beans with this yummy stew and enjoy. Bon Appetìt
