  • 3 tbspGram Flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper Powder
  • as requiredWater
  • as requiredOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the onion into thin rounds.

  2. 2

    Mix the gram flour with salt, pepper and water to make a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Dip the onion rouns into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.

  4. 4

    Serve with ketchup.
