Vegetable biryani

Cooking Instructions

Chop all your vegetables

Stir fry carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum light that they are still crunchy and set aside

Fry your chopped onion until golden brown in half cup oil

When golden brown add in tomatos, biryani masala, chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt (1tsp), zeera, haldi and half cup water and let it simer

Meanwhile cup your potatoes into chips and fry

Soak your rice before hand

When your sauce is simired add in all the vegetables and 3tbsp yogurt
- 8
Now add some ketchup and mix

Boil some water and add the spices for boiling rice, and boil your rice
- 10
Mix some yogurt with yellow food colour and water
- 11
Now add boiled rice in bottom layer, vegetable gravy in second, rice again and lastly add the yogurt mix add sit it on low flame for 10 mins(dum)
