સૌપ્રથમ ઘી મૂકી લોટ ને એકદમ સેકી લો. થોડો લાલ કલર આવે અને સુગંધ આવે એટલે ગેસ પર થી ઉતારી લો.

હવે તેમાં જ તળેલો ગુંદર, કોપરું, ડ્રાય ફ્રુટ, સૂંઠ, ગંઠોડા બધું મિક્સ કરી લો.

હવે બીજી કડાઈ માં ઘી મૂકી ગોળ ઉમેરી લો. અને તેને ઓગળે એટલે તેને લોટ વાળામિશ્રણ માં એડ કરી મિક્સ કરો.

પછી તરત થાળી માં ઢાળી લો. અને કોપરું ભભરાવી પીસ માટે કાપા કરી લો. ઠંડા થાય પછી પીસ કરી લો.
