Soak sabudana in a little water for 2-3 hours, don't add excess water while soaking.

Once the sabudana is fluffy, drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add cumin powder, peanut powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.

Shape into small tikkis. Shallow fry / deep fry until golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
