5 Minute Chocolate Sauce

I wanted to make something that would take care of dessert when I don't have time to make anything but have guests over. With this super-quick sauce, even store-bought ice cream gets a fancy boost.
You don't need to just use this for desserts, you can add a small amount to cappuccino (which is apparently called a "mocha-ccino,") or add it to milk to make chocolate milk. Recipe by Torepiante

Steps
- 1
Add the water and sugar to a pot and turn on the heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the cocoa powder. Use a whisk to stir so that no lumps form and heat until thickened.
- 2
Once cooled, drizzle it over various desserts or fruits. You can also use it in drinks. In the photo, I added it to soy milk and topped with coconut ice cream.
