Jowar ki Roti

Take Jowar flour in a bowl. Add rice flour and salt to it. Mix well.

Now add little water at a time and knead a soft dough for 4-5 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 portions. Now dust with wheat flour and place 1 ball and gently pat using your fingertips till it becomes thin as required or you can alternatively roll it gently using rolling pin.

Place the prepared roti on hot tawa. Cook both the sides, keep aside the tawa and place the roti directly on burner. Cook for a few seconds. Turn off the flame.

Apply ghee and serve hot with raita or vegetable of your choice.

Note- take sufficient amount of flour for dusting otherwise the dough will stick and it will break as you try to pick it up.
