Soak the rice for 1 hour. Wash it, add salt, little ghee, bay leaf and pressure cook till it cooked 90%. Spread it and allow to cool. Chop all vegetable. Pressure cook for 2 whistle. Don't overcook.

Heat oil/ghee in kadai. Add spice - clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom, jeera, pepper, star rinse. Add ginger- garlic paste. Saute for 2 min. Add green chilli, capsicum, onion. Saute for 2-3 min. Add chopped tomato and salt. Add cashew nuts, Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, and Biryani masala. Cook till oil separates.

Add curd now. Cook till it mix well. Add vegetable. Cook for 5 mins. Now do the layering of Biryani. Take a handi, grease with ghee/ oil. Now spread the rice. On top layer add prepared masala.

2nd layer of rice, spread it. On top add saffron milk. Add prepared masala, and layer it with rice. And again masala.add chopped coriander leaves. Cover it with plate. Switch on flame. Keep it low flame. And place it on top of tawa. Give dum to biryani for 5 mins. Switch off. Either serve it with layer or mix the masala completely. Here I have completely mixed the rice with masala.
