Steps

Take both the flours

Mix all the spices and crush garlic
- 3
Now add little amount of water and bind into semi soft dough, now split some dry flour and roll the paratha by roller or like we make Bhakhari

Now heat an iron tawa and grease some oil or ghee and place paratha on the top of the paratha spread some water
- 5
Now roast the paratha by flipping and applying some oil or ghee
- 6
Delicious Paratha is ready to serve with dry onion sabhji, thecha, garlic chutneys, salads and jeera raita😊
