Wash the bathua leaves.

Switch on the gas

Boil water in the pan

Put bathua leaves in the water

Boil leaves for 5 mins

Now drain the water

Grind the leaves in the mixer

Make a smooth paste

Now whisk the curd...add water.

Add the paste of Bathua leaves in the curd.Mix well.

Add salt,red chili powder, cumin powder in the Raita.

Add few drops of green food color.

Serve with roti or Puri.
