Ingredients

  1. 200 gramspaneer
  2. 1/2 cupcream
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspkasoori methi
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 6-7cashews
  8. 1medium onion
  9. 3ripe tomatoes
  10. 1 podgarlic peeled
  11. 1 inchginger
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. 2dried red chilli
  14. 2cloves
  15. 2Cardomoms
  16. 1 stickcinnamon
  17. 1 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Grind onion tomato cashews kashmiri dry red chillies cloves cardamom Cinnamon bayleaf ginger garlic into smooth paste strain the paste and discard away the remnants

    Heat a tbsp butter and Little oil add red chilli powder kasoori methi garam masala powder mix well keep flame low immediately add the paste we made mix well saktey on high flame till oil separates out

    Then add paneer 1/2 cup cream salt to taste in well simmer 4 to 5 minutes butter paneer makhani ready to serve
