Bajri is very healthy. Bajra roti goes well with baingan aloo,gur,kashi etc.Bajri ki roti can also be made without rolling board and rolling pin.,using both the hand patting the portion of dough.

Bajri is very healthy. Bajra roti goes well with baingan aloo,gur,kashi etc.Bajri ki roti can also be made without rolling board and rolling pin.,using both the hand patting the portion of dough.
Steps

Take bajri ka atta in a bowl.Add little water and start kneading the dough. Add water as required. Knead a semi soft dough.

Place the tawa on gas fire,heat well,Keep the heat low.Simultaneoulsly divide the dough into equal proportions for roti and give it a nice round flatten shape.

Dust the wheat flour on rolling board,place the portion of flattened round shaped dough and slowly and gradually roll it with a rolling pin into the round shape of roti,keep it little thick.Place it on tawa.Riast little on one side then flip and roast on other side,then lift it with tongs and directly place it on gas fire and roast it on both the sides properly till it is cooked well. Make rest of the bajre ki roti.

Apply ghee nicely over roti.Can be served with sabzi or gur.
