At First, boil both the lentil in pressure cooker for about 10 mins with 2 whistles and keep it aside

Then, in a non-stick kadhai, add Butter and little bit of oil.Then in it add chopped onion and saute it properly until light golden in colour Now in add Ginger - Garlic paste and saute it until its raw smell goes off.

Then in it add tomato puree and saute it until oil separates from the masala for almost 5 mins

Now add boiled lentils that was kept in the kadhai and mix them well.Add some red chilli powder,garam masala and salt. Mix them.properly until well cooked and mixed into each other

After one boil comes into dal,Add one and half cup of water and stir it. Cook it for 20 mins in low flame till it become slight thick.Then.lastly add some fresh cream in it.

Dal makhni with some overloaded makhan is ready to eat and serve.
