900 gchicken
1/2 cuplight brown sugar
1/3 cuplight soy sauce
1 cuppineapple juice
1 tbspplain flour

Steps

Combine all the ingredients except the flour in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Drain the liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan pan.

Whisk in the flour. Continue whisking regularly until the sauce has thickened.

Mix the chicken back into the sauce. Serve over rice or mash potatoes.
