Steps

Take ginger, garlic, green chilli and yogurt and make a paste in a food processor. Add chicken in the paste add olive oil and lemon juice and rest of the spices. Coat chicken well then cover and place in the fridge to marinate for couple of hours.

Preheat the grill to 200 C/400 F /gas 6.

Put all the chicken pieces on the bamboo skewers then put them in a large roasting tray and grill for 15 - 20 minutes.

You can also cook this chicken in a pan if you don't have grill.
