Chunky Banana Yogurt Sundae

I was chosen as a cooking tester for Mitsuya Cider, so I came up with a drink recipe that is perfect for a snack.
Use ripened bananas. In the summertime, you can slice defrosted bananas.
For me, the sweetness of the cider and bananas is sufficient, but if you prefer more sweetness, add honey or any other sweetener of your choice. Recipe by Aitsuna.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mash the banana with a potato masher or the back of a fork. (I use a bowl, but you could also do this step in the cup that you'll be serving it in to save time.)
- 2
Add the cider and yogurt, and vanilla essence to taste, thoroughly stir with a whisk, and it's done.
- 3
I recommend using chilled bananas. Here's "A-jinchan"'s recipe to preserve bananas: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/en/recipes/168692-how-to-keep-bananas

Rich Vanilla Yogurt Rich Vanilla Yogurt
This is a super rich and milky yogurt. It's my favorite. Enjoy it for breakfast! The story behind this recipe: I love a certain brand of yogurt, but it's a bit pricey. I wondered if I could make it myself, and when I tried, it turned out very rich. The taste is different, but I'm completely satisfied with this and don't need to buy it anymore. あーじんTranslated from Cookpad Japan -

Cherry Yogurt Ice Cream Cherry Yogurt Ice Cream
I came up with this recipe when a lot of cherries were given to me as a gift.Fat heavy cream gives the dish rich flavour. If you use low fat yogurt or low fat heavy cream, the dish will have very light flavour.Once the mixture is mostly hardened, divide into small containers. It will be easier to eat later. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of cherries. Recipe by Nekonomatsuge cookpad.japan -
Fruit-Packed Yogurt Ice Cream Cake Fruit-Packed Yogurt Ice Cream Cake
I tried to come up with a recipe to use canned fruit. I decided to use them to flavour an ice cream cake recipe that I had already uploaded.Use whatever brand of canned fruits you like. The surface of the cake will be a bit wobbly when you take it out of the tin but if you freeze it again, it'll come out fine. If you line the tin with cling film whilst the cake freezes, it will make it easier to take out afterwards but may make the surface of the cake bumpy, so I recommend not lining it. Low-Calorie Banana Yogurt Ice Cream Low-Calorie Banana Yogurt Ice Cream
I made ice cream with ingredients for a smoothie, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I'm so hooked that it's my third time making this. You could also make this in a plastic container, but since it takes longer and could crack when frozen, I recommend using a plastic bag. If you spread it out thinly in the bag and freeze, you can easily break off a portion to eat. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
Fruity Frozen Yogurt Fruity Frozen Yogurt
I wanted to challenge myself by making a recipe with jam, so I decided on making a simple ice cream recipe with the it. I used the mousse portion of my family's basic yogurt cake as a base, and introduced it as ice cream.Draining the yogurt for 30 minutes should be sufficient. Please drain the yogurt well by using a kitchen timer. Please adjust the amount of sugar to adjust the sweetness. If it's hard when working with it or when eating, then please wait a while until it softens to the point where you can easily stick a spoon into it. You don't have to work with it while it's frozen. It's also good using various jams aside from fig, so please try it out. For 4~5 people. Recipe by Ma-nyan cookpad.japan -
