I love sausages. I simmered sausages with vegetables in consommé and they came out tasty!

Instead of carrots, try turnips or daikon radish. You can also substitute sour cream for the mayonnaise. Sprinkle on parsley for a touch of color. Recipe by Ranmao

Ingredients

  1. 300 mlWater
  2. 2 tspor 1 cube Soup bouillon cube
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 3Wiener sausages
  5. 1Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the carrot and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cut the sausages to match the length of the chopped carrots.

  3. 3

    Put the carrots and sausages in a pan, add the water and bouillon, and boil until tender.

  4. 4

    Lay a sausage on a carrot, squirt on some mayonnaise and they're done. Secure them with a toothpick.
