Great Bentos Fillers--Carrots and Sausages with Mayo

I love sausages. I simmered sausages with vegetables in consommé and they came out tasty!

Cooking Instructions

Peel the carrot and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Cut the sausages to match the length of the chopped carrots.
- 3
Put the carrots and sausages in a pan, add the water and bouillon, and boil until tender.

Lay a sausage on a carrot, squirt on some mayonnaise and they're done. Secure them with a toothpick.
