  • 3 cupsrice flour
  • 1 cupmoong dal
  • as per tasteJaggery or sugar
  • As requiredRefined oil
  • 2coconut
  • 1Potato

Steps

1 hr 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Per boil dal and prepare coconut with jaggery or sugar.

    Now make a dough with rice flour, boil potato, and half boil dal.

  3. 3

    Make pithas from stuffed coconut.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan with oil and fry pithas.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot or cold.
