Ingredients

30 min:
4 servings
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 1medium bread
  • 1capcicum. Chop
  • 1chop onion
  • 1 Tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspmustard prowder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbspred chilli flakes
  • 2eggs
  • 4 Tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 Tbspvinegar
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 min:
  1. 1

    Peel, wash, boil and mashed potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add capcicum, salt, red chilli flakes and mustard powder.

  3. 3

    Make 2" pieces of it,in roll shape.

    Take a bowl, add eggs, soya sauce, vinegar, water and black pepper powder. Beat well.

  5. 5

    Cut sides of bread slices. Dip one by one slice in egg mixture, squeeze extra water and fill with potatoes sticks(roll).Bind roll with hands properly.

    Now, you can freeze it in air tight box.

  7. 7

    Shallow fry in the fry pan.
