This Indian curry consists of soft paneer and green peas with tomato gravy. It is spicy, tangy and slightly sweet with green peas.
Steps

Wash and Chop tomatoes, ginger and green chili and grind to a fine paste in a mixer. Cut paneer in cubes and clean peas.

Heat ghee in a pressure release. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ground paste in it and cook on low flame till oil gets separated.

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander seeds powder and mix. Add cubed paneer and fresh peas and saute for 2-3 minutes.

When ghee is separated add water and place the lid and cook till 4 whistles and then switch off the flame. Let pressure release automatically.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves with a meal.
