Ingredients

  • Ugali flour
  • Greens(of ur choice)
  • Pre boiled matumbo
  • Onions, tomatoes, greens pepper, zucchini, dhania, spices

    Cook ugali and fry greens and put aside

  2. 2

    Blend tomatoes, green pepper and zucchini

  3. 3

    Fry onions till golden brown the add the blended mixture and the spices for a thick broth let it simmer for a few minutes then add the Pre-boiled matumbo.. Let it simmer for about 20mins..Serve and enjoy
