Ingredients

  • 250 gramsmutton liver chopped
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 1 spoonginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 spoongaram masala powder
  • 2 spoonsghee
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 2 spoonsyogurt
  • 2 spoonschopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges for garnishing

    In a mixing bowl put chopped liver, ginger- garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, and yogurt, mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    After that heat pressure cooker adds ghee when it's heated put chopped onion and saute till golden in color.

  3. 3

    Add liver mixture and saute till the oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

  5. 5

    Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve hot rice or roti as you wish.
