Mutton liver masala

In a mixing bowl put chopped liver, ginger- garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, and yogurt, mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

After that heat pressure cooker adds ghee when it's heated put chopped onion and saute till golden in color.

Add liver mixture and saute till the oil separates.

Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve hot rice or roti as you wish.
