To marinate the mutton, curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic onion paste,salt keep it aside half n hour.Heat a pressure cooker put mustard oil,bayleaf,w hole garam masala, coriander seeds& red chilli saute for 1 min.

Add ginger garlic onion paste sauted till the aroma is outgoing.Then add chopped onion sauted till it's becomes golden brown.Add all spices mix it well & sauted a mints.Now add marinated mutton mix it well & cook it on lower medium flame on covering.

Whenever the mutton is dry & nicely cooked,than pour water& potato cover it & cooked 1 whistle,than 5 mints on low flame.Off the flame.Mutton Jhol is ready.Add coriander leaves &serve with boiled rice.
