First bowl mushroom 5 minutes keep inside

Nonstick pan add in oil add baylef & cardamom stick cumin seeds & add onions mix with cook 5,6 miuntes light golden brown peas boil

Now add tomatoes cokk 5 minutes

Next add in green chilli watermelon seeds mix it well again cook 2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder coriander powder garam masala kitchen King masala ginger garlic paste add curd

Switch off gas complete cool

Add the masala to a grinder and grind it to a fine paste.

Same pan add oil kasuri methi add mushroom & peas mix well

Add onions & tomato paste mix it well cook 5-6 minutes now add in Salt half cup water.mix well almost mushroom matar ready.
