How to make homemade desiccated coconut for your cakes, frosting, ladoo, rice meal etc💃🏻
Steps

Break your coconut remove shell and the dark skin

Grate the coconut

Transfer into pan and dry roast in an oven on low flame, for 10-15 min. Note use spatula to mix frequently to prevent Browning.

Now my coconut is no longer moist but dry

Allow to cool a little, transfer to blender or food processor and blend into fine dessicated coconut
