  • 6 cupsflour
  • 1.5 cupsmilk
  • 6 tbspsugar(according to taste)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 4 tbspmargarine
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 2 tbsyeast
  • Food color
  • 4eggs

  1. 1

    Sieve flour,add yeast, sugar, color n chia seeds and mix well

  2. 2

    Make a hole,add margarine n mix

  3. 3

    Separately beat eggs, milk and knead

  4. 4

    Cover n let it rest till it doubles in size

  5. 5

    Oil your baking tin,Shape your dough into rolls n place them inside. Cover n allow to rise again.

  6. 6

    Beat an egg n apply on top,sprinkle some chia seeds

  7. 7

    Bake for 25min
