Steps

Boil the milk in pan. Mix all the vinegar in water and slowly pour it in boiled milk and mix well till the paneer and water separated.When water turn to light green strain it in thin cotton cloth and pour out all the water. Again wash the paneer with plain water and strain it in the same cloth so that sourness is go away.

Now take half of the paneer and mash it with your palm until it become smooth. Now mix 30 gms of powdered sugar and mix it again. Turn on the flame and transfer this mixture in a hard coated pan. Mix it with spatula and pour 3 tbsp milkmaid in it and stir it till it become dry. Now transfer it in a bowl and make round shape of it.coat with milk powder and keep aside.

Again mash half of the mixture left aside with your palm with rest of powdered sugar and mash it until it take smooth texture.Take a warm water bowl and keep one small bowl with dairy milk chocolate in it. When dairy milk consistency becomes runny,mix it and again mash it with your palm so that texture become smooth. Now Switch on the gas and transfer the mixture in a hard coated pan.Pour rest of the condensed milk and mix it well till it become dry.

Now make the small chocolaty sandes roll like a ring and keep the white sandesh in between and press it with your thumb along with pressing the side so that it looks likes swiss roll.

Enjoy the chocolaty desert.you can keep it fo 5-6 days in freeze.

🥺🥺 note that whenever you transfer mixture in a pan continuously stir it otherwise it may burn.
