Make the ingredients ready

Paste the matars with ginger and chillies

Roast the cumins,ajwan,panch foron and dry chilli

Now put matarsooti in the frying pan with little oil and then mix it with the roasted masalas and put salt and sugar as per taste and make the kachei mixture ready

Put the mixture into dough as shown and make the kachei balls and make the shape like puri and deep fry it

Your matar kachori is ready to serve
