First sieve the dry ingredients flour milk powder baking soda baking powder and corn starch and keep it side now take another boil take water and sugar and dissolve the sugar then add cake gel and beat with beater.

Now add dry ingredients and mix gently by spatula now add oil and vanilla essence.

The batter is ready for stuffing roast the walnuts now add cinnamon powder nutmeg powder and jam mix well then add honey and mix well stuffing is ready.

Now take a cake tin and gress by oil or butter spread the 3/4 portion of batter than add walnut stuffing now cover with another batter and bake preheated oven for 30-40 minutes for 180.

Now completely cool down the cake and spread the chocolate gauche and decorate with desiccated coconut walnuts and gems.
