Mix all sauce ingredients in pan.

Boil over low heat, bring to a boil, and simmer until thickened.

Fry chicken with a little of vegetable oil and sprinkle Teriyaki sauce on chicken.

Put cabbage or lettuce on buns and teriyaki chicken. Put mayonnaise on chicken.
