Shrimp In Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

Prepare Gnocchi or Pasta in salted water, according to package directions. Set aside.

Over Medium High Heat, Melt 2 Tbsp Butter in large skillet. Add Shrimp, Salt, & Pepper. Cook for about 3 - 4 Minutes, stirring occasionally, until pink and opaque. Set aside.

In the same skillet, melt 1/4 Cup Butter over Medium Heat. Add Garlic and cook for about 2 Minutes, stirring frequently. Whisk in Flour. Whisk until lightly browned, around 1 - 2 Minutes.

Slowly pour in Chicken Broth, Basil, & Thyme, while whisking. Keep whisking until incorporated, about 1 - 2 Minutes. Stir in Milk or Half and Half. Add Chicken Bouillon, if using. Stir for another 1 - 2 Minutes. Stir in Grated Parmesan. Taste for seasoning, add Salt and Pepper, if needed. If sauce is too thick, add more Milk.

Stir in Shrimp and Gnocchi or Pasta. Cook until fully heated. Garnish with Parsley. Serve.
