Sarson Saag Bhaja

Firstly wash saag leaves nicely.

Now chop saag leaves in 1 inch pc. Wash it again.

Strain it, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Add garlic, stir fry it till golden brown.

Add dry red chilli, sauté it till brown.

Now add chopped saag leaves, add salt also, give a stir.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until almost cooked. Stir intermittently.

Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.

Switch off the flame, cover it for a while.

Take out in a serving bowl, have it with rice.
