  • 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • pinchSalt
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 4 tbspMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar and mix it well.
    Add whole wheat flour, baking powder,salt and milk and knead it into a dough.

  2. 2

    Roll the dough and cut it in equal size circle shapes.
    Place all the biscuits 1 inch apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 350degrees F (180degrees C) and bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 -15 minutes and serve immediately or store in an air-tight container and use as required.
