Finely Chopped onion tomato and ginger paste or grated ginger.

Take kadhai add 2 tbsp ghee add zeera now add onions and ginger paste and saute it till its turns translucent. Now add tomatoes and saute it for 5 to 7 mins.

Now take 1 cup dahi add all spices except garam masala and add methi chopped and mix well.

Now add this curd mixture in kadhai and mix well and saute it on low flame for 10 mins. After 10 to 12 mins it will ooze out ghee and will be cooked well

Now add garam masala crumbled paneer and give it a toss, now add 1 tbsp butter and chopped corinader and mix well. Serve with Roti, Paratha or Pav.
