Hello, i am from Korea and I am living in Australia. I don't want to cook and I am not interested as well. However, I have to cook for my family and i decide to record my cooking story. Before, I cooked food roughly and I didn't enjoy it. I am still struggling but I decide to change my mind.

Basically, I cut onions, carrots and cabbage. Of course, if you get leeks, leeks are good ingredients to make korea food. If not, it doesn't matter :)
Just first step, ready all vegetables about quantity for 2-3 days and cut them long. It is good way to use slicer.
