Tiramisu-style Strawberry Mousse

I thought that cream cheese with the tartness of strawberries might be too rich. Adding mascarpone cheese made this recipe more delicious.
Use small strawberries. If you have it on hand, adding strawberry liqueur will make this even more delicious.
If you like a richer taste, you can use all cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese.
I don't add lemon juice because it makes the flavor too sour.
You can adjust the amount of granulated sugar to your liking. Recipe by ko-ko

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Dissolve the gelatin in water and put over a hot water bath.
- 2
Add hulled strawberries and 20 g of granulated sugar to a bowl and mash the berries. If want to add lemon juice, add 1 - 2 teaspoons.
- 3
Add cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and 50 g of granulated sugar to a bowl and mix over a hot water bath until smooth.
- 4
Add gelatin from Step 1 and the strawberries from Step 2 to the mixture from Step 3 and mix together.
- 5
Put heavy cream into a bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
- 6
To the mixture from Step 4, add the whipped heavy cream from Step 5 and mix.
- 7
Pour into a mold and chill.
- 8
Here it is after it set... fluffy and jiggly.
- 9
Here I made these in heart-shaped molds with a bottom layer of sponge cake.
- 10
I made the top layer of gelatin with mashed and strained strawberries and raspberries, added sugar, water, and gelatin and heated the mixture. After letting it cool, I poured it on top of the mousse.
- 11
You can make this as a whole cake, too.
- 12
This is also delicious if you add layers of sponge cake. You can adjust the amount of mousse and thickness of the layers.

If you don't intend to spoon on some puree, make the mousse on the sweet side. Please adjust how much you whip the heavy cream to your taste too. You can make it creamy or fluffy. Strawberry Mousse Strawberry Mousse
I heard that strawberries, which contain plenty of folic acid, are good for expectant mothers, so I came up with a delicious way of enjoying them. If the strawberries are sweet, you only need a small amount of sugar. The key to the light, airy texture is not whipping the heavy cream too much! Even slightly tart or unripened strawberries can turn into a stylish dessert. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nagomipan cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Mousse Strawberry Mousse
I bought plenty of strawberries and somebody also gave some to me. I used them to make a mousse with a little bit of an effort. You can use any kind of 12 cm mould, but I used a tart mould. I use the same mould for the sponge and jelly inside.Alcohol content is evaporated from the white wine so you won't taste too much of it. For 15 cm [5.9 in] circle mould with removable bottom.
