I’ve never been to South Korea, but I have been to YouTube on an empty stomach. If you search for street food toast, you’ll find all kinds of wonderful combinations of white bread, eggs and pork, all lovingly fried to pleasing geometric perfection. This is my interpretation. I guessed at the sauces, probably badly. But hot-damn it’s tasty. 맛있게 드세요 !
