Cheese Cookies Made with Just 1 Slice of Cheese

I wondered what would happen if I put processed cheese on nori seaweed and microwaved it? So I tried it out, and now I am addicted.
The 'cookies' will turn out differently depending on the brand of sliced cheese you have. Each slice is about 59 kcal.
Don't put the cheese pieces on plastic wrap - they will get stuck.
After microwaving the cheese for 1 minute, keep microwaving it in additional 10 second increments while observing it. If you don't keep an eye on it the cheese will burn (although it can be quite tasty when they are slightly toasted). Recipe by Mikkobu-

Steps
- 1
Use really ordinary sliced cheese (processed cheese). Don't use the easy-melt type or the type mixed with Camembert etc. or the 'cookies' won't puff up.
- 2
Cut one slice of processed cheese into 16 pieces. If you use"How to cut sliced cheese" the knife will stay clean.
- 3
Put the pieces on a sheet of kitchen parchment paper. Microwave at 600 W for 1 minute. Take a look at the cheese pieces; if any are still yellow, microwave in 10 second increments while observing them.
- 4
I also recommend seasoning the cheese with black pepper, Krazy Salt, curry powder, etc.
- 5
The cheese pieces will puff up like cookies and turn pale. They will be crunchy and crispy. Done!
