👍Preparing soya nuggets.

👍In a pan add soya chunks. Add enough water to cover an inch or 2 above it.

👍Boil the soya chunks for around 7 to 10 minutes till it is soft and cooked properly.

👍Ounce cooked, Drain out all the water from the soya chunks using a strainer and keep it asdide.

Marinate and Fry the Soya Nuggets
✌️In a clean bowl, add half teaspoon red chilli powder,maida, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and water. Mix all the ingredients properly to form a dry paste.

✌️Now add the soya nuggets in to the bowl and mix it well so that it the soya chunks are fully covered with marinade.

✌️Keep this aside for around 20 minutes
Now in a thick bottomed pan add enough oil and heat it. - 8
✌️Fry the marinated soya nuggets in the oil in a medium flame till it is brownish red in colour.
