American pancake is my most delicious treat especially now it’s nearly pancake day! My recipe is really fluffy with a secret ingredient ... well just add a little tbsp of my sourdough pet that I have in my fridge about a year ago to give an extra fluffiness.

Mix all ingredients together except sourdough starter. Once all the mixture combine, add sourdough starter in and mix well. Leave it for at least 20 min.

Panfried pancake to your preferred shape.

Serve with preferred fruit toppings, I have mine with banana, blueberries and raspberries, some whipping cream and maple syrup. Icing sugar snow dust to finish it off before serve.
