I made this because my children said, "I want to try beer."

Make sure the jelly for the foam is completely cooled and firm.

700 mlApple juice (100%)
4 tbspSugar
10 gramsGelatin
4 tbspWater (for gelatin)

Steps

Dissolve the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water.

Add sugar to the apple juice and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W. Stir, then microwave again for 1.5 minutes and stir again.

Add gelatin, and microwave for 1.5 minute at 500W, until dissolved.

Once it is cool, pour into containers until 80% full. Chill the remaining liquid in the fridge.

Once the remaining liquid has set, whisk (by hand or with a hand mixer) into foam. Continue until the entire mixture is firmly set.

Top the apple jello filled containers with the foam mixture. Chill in the fridge until set and it's done.
