Asian sweet potatoes are in season. I made these since I got a lot of them.
You can use a whisk for mixing.

Steps

Shift together the ★ marked ingredients.

Melt the butter in the microwave.

Peel the potato and cut into 1cm slices. Place on a microwave safe bowl and put in the 600 W microwave for 6 minutes. The potatoes should be pierced easily with a toothpick. Mash the potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 180℃

Add the sugar and melted butter to the mashed potatoes and combine with a whisk.

Add the heavy cream (or milk) and combine.

Add the egg and the black sesame seeds and combine.

Fold in the shifted ★ingredients until it is mixed in well.

Add the butter to the muffin cups and bake in the oven for 20~25 minutes.

With lots of black sesame seeds.
