Ingredients Required - In a mixer jar add 1/2 Cup Boiled Corns and 2 Tbsp water and make a thick smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan add Ginger, Garlic and sauté well. Now add Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Salt and Black pepper powder and sauté for 5 minutes. Also add water and cover with lid and Cook for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add corn paste and corns and mix well and Cook on slow flame for another 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, Mix 3 Tbsp cornstarch and 100 ml water and add to soup.

You will notice the soup thickening after one boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes more minutes and add Vinegar & Chilli sauce.

Garnish with spring onions or Coriander leaves & Serve hot.
