Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2or more Aburaage
  2. 5 largeleaves Chinese cabbage
  3. 1Japanese leek
  4. 6Shiitake mushrooms
  5. 1Pea sprouts or mizuna
  6. 1Malony noodles
  7. 2 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  8. 2 tbsp☆Sake
  9. 1 tbsp☆Mirin
  10. 1 tbsp☆Sugar
  11. 3 tbspor more ☆Water
  12. 1for dipping Egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Immerse the aburaage in boiling water to remove excess oil.

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients marked ☆ to make sukiyaki sauce (warishita). Put the sauce in a pot, and add other ingredients. When they are cooked, dip in a beaten egg and eat.
