Grate bottlegourd and mix well with gram flour in a mixing bowl.

Add all dry masale and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok. Put 1-1 tsp mixture mixture in oil and deep fry till golden. 4-6 koftas can be fried at a time.

Like wise make all the koftas.

Wash, peel and chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Grind it to a smooth paste with Tomatoes.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated masala paste and let it simmer on low flame till it starts leaving sides of wok. Add all dry masale and mix well.

Add water and let it come to boil. Add koftas and stir and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
